 Pine Belt Camping Information for 2018

Hello Shooters and Campers,
As we move forward into the 2018 shooting year we at Pine Belt Sportsman’s Club are looking to fill our camping facilities to the maximum with shooters for the shooting events listed below. Our onsite facility offers 30 and 50 amp. electric service and water connections on oversized grassy sites. There are shower facilities for both women and men inside our club house. Wireless internet is available in the club house. Our cooks will be on duty cooking and serving meals and snacks from our club house kitchen during our major shooting events.
Delaware State Shoot- May 25 –May 28 Campers from the previous year MUST call to reserve their spot by phone or email no later than March 10, 2018 or your spot will be filled by our waiting list. Also payment in full is to be received no later than April 10th. Please call or send an email to me to get on the waiting list as you never know what can happen. The fee for onsite camping for four nights will be $120.00. There will be no discount for less than four nights. There will be a Honey Dipper Truck available for cleanouts. They are currently scheduled to arrive at Pine Belt on Sunday and Wednesday morning for cleanouts. This service must be scheduled and paid with your registration form this year. There will be a nominal fee of $15 per cleanout for this service.
NJ State Shoot – May 30 -June 3rd – The onsite camping will most likely be filled with the previous year’s campers and those on our current waiting list. Campers from the previous year MUST call to reserve their spot by phone or email no later than March 10, 2018 or your spot will be filled by our waiting list. Also payment in full is to be received no later than April 10th. Please call or send an email to me to get on the waiting list as you never know what can happen. The fee for onsite camping for five nights will be $150.00. There will be no discount for less than five nights. There will be a Honey Dipper Truck available for cleanouts. They are currently scheduled to arrive at Pine Belt on Friday and Sunday morning for cleanouts. This service must be scheduled and paid with your registration form this year. There will be a nominal fee of $15 per cleanout for this service. Camping Vendors will pay the Camping fee along with the $50 vendor fee.
Garden State Grand – July 6th 7th, and 8th – At the present time, not all of the onsite camping spots are filled, however, I have received numerous inquires about onsite availability . The fee for this shoot is $90.00 for three nights. There will not be any discounts for less than three nights.
31st Jersey Devil Classic – August 25th and 26th. The fee will be $30.00 per night.
For all other shooting events – Go to our website at www.pinebeltsc.com for all of our upcoming events. We welcome shooters to come with their campers or motor homes, stay the night before a shoot and have all the comforts of home before and after shooting. Arrangements must be made in advance of the shoot. The fee will be $30.00 per night.
Please email Info@Pinebeltsportsmansclub.com to reserve a camping spot for any of our shooting events, or to get on our waiting list. Include your Name, Address, Phone number, if you have a tow behind or a motor home, and your minimum amperage required. Full and final payment for the Delaware and NJ State Shoot is April 10th. The Garden State Grand payment will be required 30 days prior to the event. If proper notification and payment is not received by the above stated dates, your space will be released and rented to someone on the waiting list.
